There is no "three wastes" in the manufacturing process, and there is no need to add solvents in the use process. Air is used as the dispersion medium and high-voltage electrostatic adsorption is used for coating.
 
The final color coating adopts electrostatic adsorption method, which has strong compactness, uniform film thickness, and no leakage of coating.

Types of Painting

1) Conventional products: 45μm for single-sided coating; 45μm/25μm for double-sided coating. 

2) High-demand products: 50-100μm for single-sided coating; 50-100μm/25-45μm for double-sided coating.

3) Products with special requirements: single-sided coating 80-300μm; double-sided coating 80-300μm/50-80μm.
