What is thread rod?
A hot-dip galvanized threaded rod is a metal fastener made of carbon steel, processed through hot-dip galvanizing. By immersing the rod in molten zinc, a dense and uniform zinc-iron alloy coating is formed on its surface, providing long-term corrosion resistance.
